Pro Plan & Billing
FN-Tools has Free and Pro plans. The plan comparison lives on the public /en/membership page, which can be viewed without signing in.
Plan differences
Use the Membership page to compare what Free and Pro can do.
If you are signed out, the button on the Membership page sends you to Discord sign-in. If you are already signed in, it sends you to Membership in the dashboard.
Upgrading to Pro
You can upgrade from /en/dashboard/billing.
Payment is handled through Stripe Checkout. After payment completes, FN-Tools receives the Stripe webhook and updates your membership status.
FN-Tools Link additional tokens
The Pro plan includes 1 FN-Tools Link token use. If you need more, you can purchase up to 9 additional token uses from /en/dashboard/billing, for a total of 10 token uses. Additional tokens cost JPY 250 per use per month.
This screen only adds tokens. Additional tokens are not prorated. When you purchase them, FN-Tools immediately charges JPY 250 × added uses. Future charges are billed together with the Pro plan on the Pro renewal date.
To cancel an additional token subscription, use the owned token list in FN-Tools Link. Additional tokens are canceled one token use at a time, and canceled token uses remain available until the next billing date.
Enabling a server with an additional token scheduled for cancellation does not automatically restore the cancellation. To keep using it after the renewal date, restore the canceled subscription from the FN-Tools Link dashboard.

Register Now entry panels are limited by plan.

Each entry panel represents one configured Discord entry channel.
Payment history
The dashboard Membership page shows your Payment history.
FN-Tools uses the stored Stripe customer ID to fetch invoices from Stripe for display. FN-Tools does not store or manage the invoice list itself.
Cancellation
Use Cancel subscription from the Pro plan screen to cancel. After cancelling, you can keep using Pro features until the next scheduled billing date, which is also your access-until date.
If you are still within that access period, use Resubscribe to continue. After resubscribing, the subscription continues and you can keep using the Pro plan.
Account deletion while paid
If you delete your FN-Tools account while you are a paid member, FN-Tools immediately cancels the Stripe subscription before deleting the account.
If Stripe cancellation fails, account deletion is stopped. This avoids leaving an active subscription behind after account deletion. Please wait a while and try again.
Web publishing limits
Web publishing has plan-specific publish duration and simultaneous publish limits.
On the Free plan, up to 3 rankings can be published at the same time. If you have reached the limit, delete an existing ranking before publishing a new one.
If you return from Pro to Free and have more published rankings than the Free limit allows, only the 3 newest rankings remain visible as public pages. Rankings hidden because they are over the Free limit are deleted after 14 days.
Free plan rankings can be published for up to 7 days.
