Export

After running Score Totalling, the results can be shared in several ways. The export buttons are at the bottom of the results table.

Publish on Web

Publish on Web creates a public ranking page that anyone can visit without signing in. You need to be signed in with Discord OAuth2 to publish.

How to publish

  1. Click Publish on Web.
  2. Fill in the form:
    • Title — shown at the top of the ranking page, e.g., “FN-Tools Cup 2026”
    • Mode — Battle Royale or Reload (affects how the page is labeled)
    • Theme — visual style of the ranking page
    • Retention period — how long the page stays public (Free: 24 hours / 3 / 5 / 7 days; Pro: up to 180 days)
  3. Click Publish.

Once published, you’ll get a URL to share. Copy it with the Copy button, or click Manage to open the Published Rankings dashboard and see all your active rankings.

If you’ve hit your active ranking limit, delete an existing one first before publishing a new one.

Updating an existing ranking (Pro)

You can overwrite an existing ranking (to push new results with the same URL) by enabling Update an existing ranking in the form and selecting which one to replace. This doesn’t use up an additional active ranking slot.

Export as image

Export as image renders the leaderboard as a styled image you can share anywhere.

Customizing the image

OptionWhat it does
Theme colorChanges the accent color of the scoreboard. 10 presets available, or enter any hex code.
Background imageUpload a custom image to use as the background. Free plan images include a watermark; Pro plan outputs without a watermark.
Reset to defaultReverts theme color and background to defaults.

If the leaderboard has many players, it’s split across multiple pages. Use the ← / → arrows to preview each page.

Downloading

  • This page — saves the currently previewed page as a PNG
  • All pages — saves every page as separate PNGs

Export images to Discord (Pro)

Click All pages under “Export images to Discord” to send the images directly to a Discord channel.

You’ll be prompted to pick a server and channel. Optionally add a text message to accompany the images, and check Also publish Web URL to include a ranking page link in the same message.

The FN-Tools BOT needs “Send Messages” and “Attach Files” permissions in the target channel.

Export as JSON / Export as CSV

Export as JSON and Export as CSV download the full leaderboard data as structured files.

Use these if you want to process the results in a spreadsheet, import them into your own system, or archive the data outside the browser.

The exported file is named score-results.json or score-results.csv.
