Entry management
The panel list lets you edit settings and manage the entry objects already created on Discord.

Entry list
Opening the list refreshes roles, channels, and members from the Discord server containing the panel.
The list is based on the category that Register Now always creates for every entry.
CSV export
The current list can be saved as CSV. Columns are Category, Role, Member 1, Member 2, and so on.
The file uses UTF-8 with a BOM to reduce garbled Japanese text when opened in Excel.
Delete one entry
The delete button on a row removes the following Discord data for that entry:
- Text and voice channels inside the category
- Entry category
- Team role
- Shared and rotation roles granted to the participants on entry
The entry-panel settings and entry channel remain.
Delete all entries
Delete all entries, to the right of CSV export, deletes every entry currently shown in the list.
The confirmation screen explains what will be deleted and confirms that the panel settings and entry channel remain. To continue, enter the six-digit number shown on the screen.
Delete the panel itself
The delete button on the panel card removes the saved web-side panel configuration. It does not automatically delete categories, channels, or roles already created on Discord.
If the Discord objects are no longer needed, use Delete all entries first, then delete the panel.
If Discord objects were manually changed or deleted, or if permission problems prevent some objects from appearing in the list, inspect and remove the remaining roles manually on Discord before deleting the panel.
Role-removal warning
Deleting an entry removes its shared and rotation roles from the participants. If those roles are also used outside Register Now, they are still removed. Dedicated Register Now roles are recommended.
