1. Server and entry channel

Under Server, select the Discord server and channel for entries.

Server

The list only includes servers where both conditions are true:

• The user signed in to FN-Tools is a member.
• FN-Tools BOT is a member.

If a server is missing, check the BOT membership and your Discord sign-in.

Channel

Select one text channel in the server. Standard text channels and announcement channels are supported.

The BOT treats the selected channel as this panel’s entry channel.

Refresh Discord

Use Refresh Discord at the top of the page or bottom of the wizard after adding the bot to a new server, or when a channel or role changed on Discord but has not appeared in the form yet. The server, channel, and role lists are refreshed.

Recommended setup

• Use a dedicated entry channel instead of a general chat channel.
• Allow the BOT to view the channel, react, and reply.
• If the prefix is blank, always use a dedicated channel to avoid accidental entries.
