FN-Tools BOT
The FN-Tools BOT is the Discord BOT that provides FN-Tools services for Discord.

The rest of this page uses FN-Tools BOT.
Anyone can invite the FN-Tools BOT. Discord role assignment that uses Epic Games account links is available only in Discord servers using a FN-Tools Link token.
FN-Tools BOT vs. FN-Tools Link
Discord integrations are provided through the FN-Tools BOT. However, not every Discord integration uses FN-Tools Link.

Sync DisplayName: Syncs the DisplayName with the server nickname.
Export images to Discord: The FN-Tools BOT sends result images to the selected channel.
Discord role assignment: Assigns roles from placement results in servers using a FN-Tools Link token.
FN-Tools BOT commands

Server enablement and role assignment execution are handled from FN-Tools screens, not Discord commands.
When a server appears
Image output and Discord role assignment show only Discord servers that meet both conditions:
- The signed-in Discord account is a member
- The FN-Tools BOT is also a member
This feature uses the Discord OAuth2 guilds scope.
Requirements for exporting images to Discord
For image output, channel options are limited to channels that meet these conditions:
- The operator can view the channel
- The FN-Tools BOT can view the channel
- The FN-Tools BOT can send messages in the channel
Discord must also allow file attachments in the target channel. If a channel does not appear, check both category-level and channel-level permissions.
If it still does not work, grant Administrator permission to the FN-Tools BOT.
Discord role assignment
Discord role assignment uses a FN-Tools Link token. For permissions, role position requirements, and skipped unlinked players, see Discord Role Assignment.
Common causes
