FN-Tools stores different data in different places depending on the feature.

Replay files

.replay files uploaded to Replay Analyzer are processed on the server and deleted after analysis. The analysis history itself is stored in your browser’s IndexedDB, not on the server.

Replay Download saves the downloaded .replay file through your browser’s normal download flow.

Analysis history and scoring rules

Replay history, saved replay names, and scoring rules are stored in the browser’s IndexedDB.

They are not synced across devices or browsers. Clearing browser data may also remove analysis history and related data.

Web-published rankings

Web-published rankings are stored on FN-Tools servers. Stored data includes title, mode, theme, scoring rule, score result, match history, and expiry date.

Anyone with the public URL can view the ranking page. After the retention period you selected, the public page stops being viewable and the ranking becomes eligible for deletion.

Data stored through Discord OAuth2

Discord sign-in stores user ID, username, display name, avatar, access token, refresh token, and last sign-in timestamp.

FN-Tools does not collect email address, phone number, password, DMs, friend list, message history, or server messages.

Data stored through Epic Games OAuth2

Epic Games linking stores the Epic account ID, DisplayName, and linked Discord user ID.

FN-Tools does not store language, linked account display names, email address, purchase history, friend list, V-Bucks balance, or play history.

Account deletion

FN-Tools account deletion removes the FN-Tools user record, Web-published rankings, sessions, and membership record.

Disconnect Discord or Epic Games separately from each service’s settings. To delete the FN-Tools Link connection data stored on the FN-Tools side, run /unlink in a Discord server where the FN-Tools BOT is present.
