5. Categories, channels, and messages
Under Category, configure the categories and channels created for each entry.
Category
The BOT always creates a dedicated category for every entry. The target team, the BOT, server administrators, and configured operator roles can use it.
This category is used by the entry list, CSV export, on-screen deletion, and the Replay Analyzer Register Now integration.
The category-name template supports {teamname}. Its default is:
Category, text-channel, and voice-channel name templates can each contain up to 100 characters. After replacing {teamname}, the BOT adjusts generated names to fit Discord’s 100-character limit.
{teamname}様Operator roles
You can select up to five operator roles. Selected roles can view and use the categories, text channels, and voice channels created for entries.
Add channels
You can add text and voice channels inside the category. Up to 10 channels of each type are stored.
The list automatically keeps text channels above voice channels regardless of creation order. Channels of the same type keep their creation order.
Text channels
- Default name:
{teamname}様へのご案内 {teamname}is replaced with the submitted team name.- The BOT normalizes the result to a Discord-compatible channel name.
- Text-channel names are processed in lowercase.
Use the document icon on a text-channel row to configure a message sent immediately after creation. A blank message sends nothing.
Voice channels
- Default name:
VC {teamname}is supported.- VC role target makes the channel eligible for voice role grants.
A voice-channel name containing {teamname} cannot be enabled as a VC role target.

Message to send
The editor accepts up to 10,000 characters and displays the current count. The BOT splits the content into chunks of at most 2,000 characters before sending it to Discord.

Identification data
Team roles and categories created by Register Now contain invisible identification data (a code). The entry list and deletion actions use it to associate Discord objects with the correct panel.
Caution: Do not manually rename roles or categories on Discord. Renaming them can remove their identification data and prevent them from being reflected correctly in the entry list and deletion actions.
